- Where are your pieces made?
All pieces are designed and hand made locally in our studio in San Francisco, California.
- Do you offer custom Sling, Bigger Sling, Breakaway Bag, or Adapt options?
Custom orders are offered in very limited quantities sporadically throughout the year. With this option, you'll be able to pick and choose your exterior/interior fabric, zipper, buckle, and strap. We do not offer customizations to the design (thank you for understanding!). Be sure to subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know when custom order slots become available.

- What are the dimensions of each bag design offered?
The Sling - Approx. 7.5” (L) x 2.5” (W) x 4.5” (H) - Approx. 1.4 Liter capacity
The Bigger Sling - Approx. 9.25” (L) x 3” (W) x 5.5” (H) - Approx. 2.2 Liter capacity
The Adapt - Approx. 9.25” (L) x 3” (W) x 5.5” (H) - Approx. 2.2 Liter capacity
The Breakaway Bag - Approx. 9.5” width x 4.5” diameter - Approx. 2.5 Liter capacity
- How often do you release new bags and restock sold-out pieces?
We try to keep things interesting and it's a core value of ours to continue evolving and growing, whether that's in our designs, materials, or color-exploration. Pieces in our core line typically restock every other month in select colors. We release entirely new bag designs on a quarterly basis. Due to the small size of our operations, quantities are often released in very small batches and release schedule is subject to change. Be sure to subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know about drop dates and new products.
- What are the recommended care instructions for my Modokot piece?
We always recommend spot cleaning all of our pieces using a soft-medium bristled brush, mild soap, and warm water. Hang to air dry. Do not throw your bag in the washer + dryer.
- How long will it take to ship my order?
Our in-stock pieces are ready to ship and will be processed in 3-4 business days. You can find more shipping information here.
- Do you offer a local SF pick-up option?
No, local pick-up is not available at this time.
- Do you stock Modokot bags in local stores/stockists?
Yes! We carry a small selection of Modokot bags at Headliners in San Jose, CA. Restocks are announced through our newsletter. Visit Headliners at 210 Jackson Street, San Jose, CA 95112
- Do you offer wholesale or bulk discount options?
No, we are not accepting wholesale or bulk discount options at this time.
