All standard ready-to-ship orders will ship within 3-4 business days after purchase. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays in the U.S.

All custom orders and pre-orders will ship on the designated ship date.

Ready-Made Bags and Accessories
We do not offer any returns, exchanges, or refunds on ready-made bag orders and all accessories. Ready-made bags are those listed on the website as 'ready to ship' (non pre-orders or custom orders).  If you have any questions about product specs, please reach out to or contact us prior to making your purchase.

Pre-Orders or Custom Orders:
Refunds on pre-orders or custom orders are ONLY accepted within 48 hours of purchase. A fee will be deducted from your refund total to cover Shopify's credit card processing charge ($0.30 USD for domestic and international) and Shopify's transaction fee (2.9% of your total for domestic transactions, or 3.9% of your total for international and AMEX transactions). By requesting and proceeding with a refund, you are accepting the fee deduction as listed on this page. To request a refund within 48 hours, please email or contact us here.
